TestDrives2U is a free online service that allows people to book test drives for new cars.
Before it was launched, I was asked to write content for car information pages. This involved researching vehicles and drafting content to help people choose the right car for them. To appeal to the site’s audience, I used a clear, easy-to-understand style, as well as everyday examples and jargon-free descriptions.

You’ll struggle to find a more comfortable family car than the Volvo XC60.
It’s smooth, stylish and spacious, with more than enough power haul its bulky body around. This makes the XC60 near perfect as a motorway cruiser, particularly when you factor in Volvo’s normal raft of safety kit. It’s also relatively cheap to run.
The XC60 isn’t quite as impressive around town or on country roads, but it’s such a pleasant car to spend time in, you may not even notice.
